Qualifications

William J. Kinder, MBA President Bill Kinder graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BBA in Management and Economics. He achieved his MBA in Finance and Management from North Texas State University and did post graduate work in Corporate Finance and Investments at the New York Institute of Finance. Bill’s career spans over thirty years in the financial sector. He has been involved in Mergers & Acquisitions as an intermediary; heavily involved in both the buy and sell sides. He has exposure to various business transactions including but not limited to: arranging and securing various types of corporate funding for operations, buyouts and acquisitions.

Mr. Kinder served as an officer in various corporations, both public and private. He has exposure to many different industries in addition to starting, owning, operating and selling several companies. His exposure to Investments, Investment Banking and Consulting in Corporate Finance provide him with a strong understanding of the needs and demands of the business owner.
